RSJ facilitators’ session with Ann Palmer. Ann will be working with facilitators to explore how we can effectively build the engagement and active support of the whole school, including senior leaders, in the RSJ journey.

Ann is chief executive of Fig Tree International, which supports leadership development in schools across the world. An experienced headteacher and senior leader in inner-city schools, Ann brings a wealth of experience in building inclusive teams and constructively challenging existing cultures and norms. We are excited to welcome her to our network.
